Noosa Queensland, If You Haven’t Been There You Haven’t Been Anywhere!
I have enjoyed many different types of holidays at Noosa Queensland at different times in my life. Including, staying on the River in a self contained apartment with our boat moored out the front; staying on Hastings Street in the luxurious Sheraton Noosa, camping on the Noosa River, bush camping in the Cooloola National Park and staying in a quaint beach house in the relaxed township of Teewah. Browse ALL Noosa Queensland accommodation options. This is what you need to know to ‘whet your appetite’.

Perfect Noosa Main Beach. Thanks to Heather, a visitor to my site for sending me this glorious photo!

What to Expect:- Noosa Queensland consists of Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Noosa Sound and Noosa North Shore
Noosa Heads - A beautiful white sand surf beach
- The famous Hastings Street where you can shop to your hearts content
- More cafes, top class restaurants and ice cream palours than you could possibly discover in one visit – believe me I have tried
- Nightclubs – don’t ask me to give advice on these! I am far too old! A few years ago maybe!
- Access to Noosa National Park from Hastings Street. Tracks to suit all fitness levels also wheelchair and stroller access to Dolphin Point. A great place to see the picturesque coastline and enjoy some of the local wildlife, you may be lucky enough to spot some koalas and/or dolphins frolicking in the beautiful blue ocean
- You can walk all the way to Alexandria Bay – an unofficial nudist beach if you are so inclined!

Public campgrounds at Freshwater and Beach camping also permitted.
You will need a camping permit before camping overnight
- If camping is too much effort, beach houses to suit all budgets are also available at Teewah
